Frequently Asked Questions

How do I record my screen with system audio?

Keep System or tab audio ticked, press Record, and in your browser's sharing dialog tick the Share audio option. Chrome and Edge can share tab audio on every system and full system audio on Windows and ChromeOS.

Can I record my voice and computer sound at the same time?

Yes. Tick both Microphone and System or tab audio and the two are mixed into a single audio track in the recording.

Why is there no sound in my recording?

The browser only records audio you explicitly share. Check that the Share audio box was ticked in the sharing dialog, that the microphone was allowed, and that the tab or app was actually playing sound.

Why can't Safari or Firefox record system audio?

Those browsers do not support capturing computer audio through screen sharing. You can still record the microphone with them, or use Chrome or Edge for tab and system audio.
